Business Development Manager, Biopharma Product Testing Switzerland

Eurofins is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its Biopharma Product Testing services in Switzerland. This role involves engaging with the Swiss biopharmaceutical sector to expand the company's client base and enhance service offerings. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team within a global leader in life sciences, committed to ensuring product safety and quality across various industries.

Key responsibilities include acquiring and developing relationships with clients in the Swiss biopharmaceutical industry, understanding their Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) service requirements, and providing tailored solutions. The role also involves preparing proposals for testing biopharmaceutical products and raw materials, planning and executing sales activities to meet high targets, attending industry events, collaborating with international partner laboratories, and maintaining customer databases using CRM software.

Candidates should possess a scientific degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields, along with a minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical testing services. A solid understanding of GMP regulations is essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary, and the role requires approximately 40% travel within Switzerland.
