Business Development – Clinical Sample Bioanalysis

Eurofins Advinus is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager specializing in Clinical Sample Bioanalysis. This role is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive preclinical and early development contract research services. The successful candidate will be based in our Bangalore office, contributing to our global efforts in drug discovery and development.

The primary responsibilities include spearheading business development initiatives for clinical trials across Phases I, II, and III, as well as Bioavailability/Bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies. The role demands a deep understanding of bioanalytical services, particularly in Phase I studies, and the ability to identify and engage key stakeholders for standalone clinical bioanalysis and biomarker projects. Establishing and nurturing relationships with mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and startups is essential.

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Pharmacy, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Clinical Research Business Development is required, with substantial exposure to bioanalytical services in clinical studies. Experience working with international clients is advantageous. Strong knowledge of biomarker pricing, proposal preparation, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
