In this position, the associate will be responsible for building a robust pipeline for AI Labs by conducting in-depth research on target accounts and stakeholders. This includes creating detailed buying committee maps and strategic account plans. The role involves leading multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn to effectively communicate the value of Via's AI solutions. Additionally, the associate will facilitate meetings, provide product demonstrations, qualify leads, and close deals as appropriate. Maintaining and optimizing sales tools within the CRM and marketing tech stack to ensure data accuracy and process scalability is also a key responsibility. Collaboration with commercial teams to align outreach efforts with broader sales goals and regional growth strategies is essential.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or a sales development role. An analytical mindset with the ability to use campaign data to inform strategy is crucial. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools is necessary to manage high volumes of outreach and research effectively. Strong communication skills are required to articulate complex AI solutions clearly and concisely.
