Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with local merchants, providing comprehensive training on Indodana products, and ensuring merchants are proficient with the merchant dashboard and basic tax processes. The role also involves developing and implementing merchant programs aimed at enhancing sales performance and supporting promotional activities. Additionally, the staff member is expected to analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and program development.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Diploma degree from any field and have at least 1-2 years of experience in a financial company. A strong network within local brands or retail merchants is preferred. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities in sales and performance monitoring, excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills. Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle are also required.
