Additionally, the staff member will identify, research, and maintain relationships with merchants, analyze market updates, and develop sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends, and competitor activity. Creating partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways, or other regional partners is also a key aspect of the role.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree from any major and have at least 1-2 years of working experience in a financial company. A vast network in local brand or retail merchants is preferred. Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring, as well as strong negotiation and leadership skills, are essential. Excellent communication skills are required. Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle is necessary for this role.
