Key responsibilities include identifying, researching, and maintaining relationships with merchants, as well as analyzing market updates to develop sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends, and competitor activity. The officer will collaborate with merchants to support program promotion, media communication placement, and sales improvement efforts. Additionally, the role involves creating partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways, and other regional partners, requiring a deep understanding of both Cermati's products and those of potential partners to foster successful collaborations.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree from any major and have at least 1-2 years of experience in a financial company. A vast network in local brands or retail merchants is preferred. Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring, along with excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities, are essential. Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle is also required.
