Business Developer - Nancy (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Business Developer to expand its commercial presence in the Lorraine region, specifically in Nancy. This role involves engaging directly with healthcare professionals to offer tailored solutions that enhance their practice management and patient care. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of healthcare services in the area.
Key responsibilities include autonomously managing and developing the assigned commercial territory, understanding practitioners' needs to create customized solutions, coaching healthcare professionals to become proficient users and advocates of Doctolib's offerings, and actively contributing to the digitalization of healthcare in the region. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining a client portfolio through a consultative sales approach and achieving sales targets using a structured methodology.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in field prospecting and B2B sales, a passion for technical sales with the ability to add value in negotiations, excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to persuade diverse stakeholders, autonomy with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and a degree from a business school or equivalent university qualification. A strong interest in the healthcare sector, proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems like Salesforce, and an affinity for the digital world are advantageous.
