Business Developer Mid Market - Cible CSE (📍Région AURA)
Swile is seeking a Business Developer Mid Market to join our Sales Mid-Market team in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (AURA) region. This role focuses on expanding our market presence by promoting our CSE (Comité Social et Économique) solutions to mid-sized companies. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team, including Business Developers, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and a Key Account Manager (KAM), reporting directly to the Manager Chasse of the South-East region.
Key responsibilities include analyzing the assigned territory to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies, mapping potential accounts within the AURA region targeting companies with 51 to 1,000 employees. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, presenting and demonstrating our products—such as Gift Vouchers, Culture, Vacation, and Platform solutions—to prospective clients. Additionally, the Business Developer will negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and oversee the technical deployment of our solutions in collaboration with the Onboarding team. Participation in industry events like CSE trade shows and union congresses to expand the professional network is also expected.
The ideal candidate possesses a hunter mentality with substantial experience as a field Account Executive, demonstrating expertise in the CSE and union sectors. They should have the capability to implement national agreements and secure strategic accounts. A deep understanding of the local economic landscape in the AURA region and competitor offerings is essential. The candidate must be mobile across the departments in their territory, proficient in developing professional networks, and highly skilled in using Salesforce.
