Business Developer - BioPharma

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a dedicated Business Developer to join our team in Vimodrone (MI) or Poggibonsi (SI). In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and promoting our comprehensive GMP analytical services to pharmaceutical companies. Eurofins is a global leader in bio/pharmaceutical testing, committed to delivering high-quality services that support the development and manufacturing processes of our clients.

As a Business Developer, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their outsourcing needs, and proposing tailored solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will participate in promotional campaigns, attend industry events, and monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, or related scientific disciplines. A minimum of three years' experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical sector or similar environments is required. Strong networking abilities, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English are essential. The role demands strategic planning capabilities, autonomy in task management, and a willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, accounting for approximately 60% of your time.
