Business Controller Forensik (m/w/d)
Eurofins is seeking a Business Controller to join its Forensic Business Line in Germany, with positions available in Ebersberg or Cologne. In this role, you will actively shape and develop the business controlling function within the company. Key responsibilities include establishing and enhancing an efficient controlling system for product- and project-related production processes, optimizing cost accounting and product cost calculation, and improving cost calculation tools to enhance cost control and reduction. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly reports and financial statements for management in collaboration with colleagues from central financial administration, supporting annual financial statements and audits, and creating weekly reports with key figures and variance analyses for management. Additionally, you will participate in budgeting and forecasting to plan and operationalize strategic goals, independently handle special projects and ad-hoc analyses, and support integration projects.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in controlling, finance, or a comparable qualification, and preferably has initial practical experience in controlling. Proficiency in German and English (at least C1 level) is required, along with strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel. A strong affinity for numbers and IT, quick comprehension, conceptual thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented working style are essential. Exceptional communication skills with various stakeholders are also important.
