Position Summary
The Business Consultant is responsible for prospecting and selling Solvo products and services to organizations. Clearly and fully explain the benefits of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), ensuring client expectations are consistent with Company deliverables. Manages sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop short and long-term sales strategies and sales plans to increase sales volume and profit margins.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Continuously expand knowledge of the industry trends, new products, services and Broker practices. Stay informed about competitors' initiatives and analyze potential competitive threats. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services provided to assigned clients. Oversee the preparation and execution of renewal proposals and processes for existing clients.
