LendingTree is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations group in Seattle, Washington. This role requires a hybrid schedule, with in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights through robust analytical execution and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

In this position, you will independently manage analyses for designated business areas, assess complex business problems, collect and analyze pertinent data, and translate findings into insights that drive measurable business outcomes. Your primary focus will be partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, thereby fostering revenue growth. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth analyses of technical systems and develop reports that clarify these complex systems.

Key responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights through well-organized analyses, dashboards, and visualizations; identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in campaign and partner performance; and translating findings into clear recommendations. You will also serve as the primary analytics partner for the Revenue Operations group, supporting day-to-day decision-making and strategic initiatives, conducting detailed audits of tech platforms to identify optimization opportunities, and supporting strategic innovation projects by providing ongoing performance analysis and insight.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or a related role, with strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience querying data in Snowflake. Proven experience in delivering insights that influence business decisions, the ability to work independently on moderately complex analytical problems, and strong communication skills to translate data into clear business narratives are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting sales, marketing, or performance-based businesses; experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI; familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies; and experience partnering with product or engineering teams.

LendingTree offers a competitive base salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, with the final offer depending on internal factors, job-related knowledge, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching. Our collaborative, entrepreneurial team values curiosity, creativity, and getting things done together. We celebrate innovation, inclusion, and ownership, providing an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives make us stronger. We believe in working hard and supporting one another, offering flexibility and trust to help you thrive both personally and professionally.
