Business Analyst

Eurofins is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions. The Business Analyst will create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data models, and act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on scope and priorities. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with technical teams during design and development, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing activities, and assisting in change management and user adoption.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in requirement tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, as well as process modeling tools like BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart, is essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent qualification considered a plus. Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, SaaS, enterprise systems, or regulatory environments.
