Bureau Operations Executive

Experian is seeking a Bureau Operations Executive to join our Credit Bureau Operation Team. This role is integral to managing day-to-day operations, focusing on data management activities related to bureau compliance and data-contributing members. The position also involves overseeing daily data loading activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Key responsibilities include achieving operational efficiency targets, ensuring timely and accurate data loading, conducting post-loading sanity checks, and monitoring credit bureau members' access and credit inquiries. The role also involves maintaining and safeguarding documentation for compliance and audit purposes, preparing reports for finance and internal stakeholders, and managing credit bureau members' profiles, access, and billing. Additionally, the executive will handle over-the-counter report requests from the public and coordinate with clients, internal users, and IT on data-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore, proficiency with numbers, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail in data process management, experience in operations and process improvement, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, possess effective communication skills to articulate issues and solutions to stakeholders, and exhibit strong organizational skills. A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or IT is preferred.
