Blockchain Developer

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Blockchain Developer to join their team in Hong Kong. The company is focused on developing a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain platform designed for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets and stablecoins, with a strong emphasis on institutional adoption. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into the Web3 ecosystem.

The Blockchain Developer will be responsible for architecting and refining high-throughput virtual machines, focusing on low-level tuning for parallel execution and EVM-compatible environments. Key duties include developing sophisticated system-level contracts with an emphasis on efficiency and security, analyzing and implementing superior consensus and execution strategies from leading protocols, and designing robust frameworks for interoperability within a multi-chain ecosystem.

Candidates should possess exceptional command of C++ and systems-level programming, with a focus on high-efficiency data structures and algorithmic complexity. A comprehensive understanding of virtual machine mechanics, including stack management and instruction set architecture, is essential. Experience in engineering high-stakes Solidity applications with a focus on security and resource efficiency is required. A degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field is preferred.

Additional skills that are highly valued include experience with Rust or Go for high-performance backend modules, as well as a background in database engineering or multi-threaded parallel processing.
