Biologiste Médical F/H, Guyancourt
Eurofins Biologie Médicale is seeking a Biologiste Médical to lead the operations of its pre- and post-analytical site in Guyancourt. As part of a dynamic and innovative network of over 300 laboratories across France, including more than 20 in overseas territories and five centers for Assisted Medical Procreation, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality medical analysis services.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing all site activities, providing medical consultation to patients and colleagues before and after analyses, and managing the laboratory team to ensure efficient daily operations. Additionally, the role offers opportunities to engage in cross-functional projects such as quality assurance, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives, aligning with the candidate's professional interests.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Medicine or Pharmacy, complemented by a Diplôme d'Études Spécialisées (DES) or Certificat d'Études Spécialisées (CES) in Medical Biology. The position is preferably offered under the status of Travailleur Non Salarié (TNS), providing a framework for independent practice within the organization.
