Biologiste Médical (F/H), Châtellerault
Eurofins Biologie Médicale is seeking a Biologiste Médical (F/H) to lead the establishment and management of a new laboratory in Châtellerault. This role involves overseeing the creation of the laboratory, organizing the technical platform, and directing a pre- and post-analytical site. Eurofins Biologie Médicale is a rapidly growing network of modern laboratories across France, dedicated to innovation and patient care, with nearly 300 local sites, including over 20 in overseas territories and 5 Assisted Reproduction Centers.
The primary responsibilities include supervising all activities at the assigned site, providing medical consultation to patients and colleagues before and after analyses, and managing the laboratory team and daily operations. Given the laboratory's ongoing development, the role also entails participation in cross-functional projects such as quality assurance, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Medicine or Pharmacy, along with a Diplôme d'Études Spécialisées (DES) or Certificat d'Études Spécialisées (CES) in Medical Biology. The position favors the status of Travailleur Non Salarié (TNS), offering attractive fixed monthly fees, a professional project tailored to individual expectations, and the opportunity to join a cohesive and supportive team.
Additional benefits include a customizable training program covering areas like management, finance, legal, regulatory, continuous improvement, quality, and IT. Comprehensive support is provided for all administrative procedures and complete assistance with relocation, including moving expenses and help in finding housing, schools, or childcare facilities when relocating between regions. The role also offers flexibility in work schedules (full-time/part-time) and the possibility of teleworking. Partnerships with accounting firms and financial advisors are available, offering situation audits, information sessions, and personalized support for setting up the TNS status, as well as connections with partners in insurance and investment for advice and privileged conditions.
