As a BIM Modelleur Infra, you will play a pivotal role in developing safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tender to execution and aftercare. Your expertise in BIM techniques, innovation, sustainability, and risk management will be essential in delivering integrated solutions for technical challenges.
In this role, you will be responsible for modeling and continuously updating 3D models of construction site layouts, including auxiliary structures, storage areas, and equipment setups using Autodesk Revit. You will also model temporary construction roads, existing terrain, and all phasing in terrain and road models using Autodesk Civil 3D. Additionally, you will create equipment models to supplement the 3D site library and produce various drawings to support work preparation.
The ideal candidate holds a completed MBO degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field and possesses 3 to 5 years of experience as a BIM modeler, draftsman, or 3D modeler in civil constructions. Proficiency in software packages such as Revit and AutoCAD/Civil 3D is required. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to perform under time pressure are essential.
