We are a growing plaintiff-side law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and strong advocacy for individuals facing challenging circumstances. Our team emphasizes responsiveness, professionalism, compassion, and clear communication throughout every stage of the client journey. We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Intake Manager to enhance our intake process and support prospective clients from initial contact through engagement.

In this role, you will manage incoming leads across various channels, including calls, texts, web forms, and scheduled consultations, ensuring timely follow-up and a high-quality experience for prospective clients. You will gather key case information, assess fit based on internal criteria, and ensure qualified opportunities are routed appropriately. Building trust quickly, you will address common questions or concerns and support strong lead-to-engagement conversion. Additionally, you will monitor key intake metrics, help strengthen intake workflows, and maintain accurate records within the CRM.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, intake, business development, or client conversion roles, with a proven track record of handling inbound leads and driving conversions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and represent the firm professionally. Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Experience in personal injury, legal services, or other professional services environments is a plus but not mandatory. A high level of integrity, strong follow-through, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this fast-paced setting.

We offer medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match after one year, 10 days of paid time off in the first year, plus paid holidays and additional sick leave.

Joining our team means engaging in meaningful work that supports individuals during challenging times, contributing to a collaborative environment that values professionalism and continuous improvement, and having the opportunity to impact the development of our intake systems and performance.
