Huntress is seeking a Bilingual Sales Engineer II to join our remote team, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. This role is integral to our mission of providing enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions to businesses of all sizes. As a fully remote company founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects over 4 million endpoints and 7 million identities worldwide.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to deliver technical product expertise to potential customers. Your primary responsibilities include partnering with customers to enhance their security posture, identifying and addressing potential security issues, and positioning Huntress as the optimal solution. Additionally, you will work with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement in a dynamic environment. The role requires approximately 25% travel to meet with customers.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English, with a strong ability to convey technical concepts effectively. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role is required, along with experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks. Experience working with or within Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or Value-Added Resellers (VARs) is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective time management, and organizational abilities are essential.

Huntress offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $165,000 to $180,000 on-target earnings, plus equity.
