Monks is seeking a Bilingual Associate Creative Director to join our Los Angeles team, focusing on crafting compelling, integrated storytelling and innovative content across 360-degree campaigns. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, with a deep understanding of Mexican and American cultures in the U.S. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate brand narratives and deliver high-impact creative solutions beyond social media.

Key responsibilities include developing cohesive campaign narratives and messaging frameworks that work seamlessly across channels. The role involves generating innovative ideas, pitches, and prototypes, pushing creative boundaries in both storytelling and visuals. Collaboration with art and copy teams is essential to ensure alignment and resonance of integrated campaigns. Additionally, the Associate Creative Director will conceptualize and craft content for branding, digital, experiential, and multi-channel activations, driving storytelling by blending compelling visuals and engaging copy to capture audience attention.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a Copywriter, demonstrating a strong portfolio of integrated campaigns. Fluency in both Spanish and English, along with an understanding of Mexican and American cultures in the U.S., is essential. Strong collaboration skills and a proven track record of seamless teamwork in delivering cohesive campaigns are required. A deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, digital platforms, and media formats is necessary, along with expertise in developing narratives and concepts that marry visual and verbal storytelling. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage clients and internal teams globally are also important.
