BI Data Analyst

As a BI Data Analyst at Monks, you will be an integral part of the data team, operating at the crossroads of analytics, reporting, and marketing. Your primary responsibility will be to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.

In this position, you will design, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that assess project and business performance. You will manage the data team backlog, oversee ongoing initiatives, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies. Additionally, you will develop data integration processes to consolidate information from multiple sources into a unified data store, such as a data warehouse or data lake.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or a related analytical field. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is essential. Experience with BigQuery or other data warehouse tools is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities are crucial. A mid-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
