Fever is offering the "Beca de Excelencia" in Software Engineering, a program designed to support and accelerate the careers of exceptional engineering students. Participants will join a high-performing engineering team within a global tech company dedicated to democratizing access to culture and live entertainment. This initiative reflects Fever's commitment to nurturing top talent and fostering innovation in the tech industry.

As a member of the engineering team, you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include understanding project requirements, designing solutions, coding, deploying to production, and monitoring performance. You will work alongside experienced professionals in software, product, data, growth, and operations, contributing to projects that impact millions of users worldwide.

Candidates should be in their final year of an engineering degree or recent graduates from any engineering discipline. An outstanding academic record, placing you in the top 10% of your cohort, is essential. A strong interest in software development, technological solutions, and building scalable products is required. The ideal candidate thrives in high-performance environments and possesses the skills and mindset to contribute effectively from the outset.

The program offers a 6-month full-time placement, with the possibility of extending for another 6 months and potential for a permanent contract thereafter. Compensation is up to €24,000 per year for full-time participation. The initial 6 months are based at Fever's offices in Madrid or Barcelona.
