B2B Social Media Manager (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a B2B Social Media Manager to enhance its engagement with healthcare professionals across France. In this role, you will define and implement an organic social media strategy aimed at making Doctolib's platforms a primary resource for practitioners. This position is based in Levallois-Perret, France, and offers a hybrid work environment with partial remote work options.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy tailored for healthcare professionals, creating engaging content in collaboration with the B2B Content team, and managing community interactions to establish Doctolib as a trusted media source. Additionally, you will design and implement 360-degree campaigns leveraging content, events, and webinars to generate leads, and build partnerships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the medical field. Leading a team, you will oversee internal and external resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality, data-driven, and scalable social media initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong B2B focus. A deep understanding of social media platforms and proven ability to build and scale professional communities are essential. Proficiency in content production tools (video, design) and social analytics platforms is required. Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to navigate complex organizations while effectively managing teams are also important. Fluency in French is necessary, and proficiency in English is a plus.
