B2B Sales Specialist - Innendienst
As an Inside Sales Manager at CarOnSale, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the automotive trade. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and establishing genuine partnerships. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing the entire sales process, from cold calling and pitching to onboarding and long-term customer development. You will engage confidently in both outbound and inbound conversations, persuading potential clients and decision-makers with targeted communication and well-founded arguments. Becoming an expert on our platform, you will conduct product demonstrations that effectively convey the practical and concrete benefits to clients. Additionally, you will independently oversee your sales activities, building a sustainable customer portfolio through strategic follow-ups and approaches. Maintaining a structured, KPI-driven sales framework, you will diligently track your weekly performance metrics and adhere to a consistent operating model. Effective pipeline management will be essential, utilizing our CRM tool, Salesforce, to ensure accurate and transparent documentation of customer data.
The ideal candidate will have initial experience in B2B or inside sales, business development, or a comparable field. A comprehensive approach to the sales process, covering everything from acquisition to account management, is crucial. Strong communication skills are necessary to handle objections confidently and persuade clients in conversations, whether over the phone or via video calls. Proficiency in German at a C2 level and English at a C1 level is required. The ability to convey complex products in an understandable manner and identify suitable solutions for each client is essential. A data-driven mindset, with a focus on clear goals and high activity levels, is important. Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, and Aircall is expected. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges, along with a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
