Eurofins is seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our laboratory team in Bắc Ninh. As a global leader in testing services, Eurofins provides comprehensive analytical solutions across various industries, including food, environment, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional setting.

The intern will be responsible for managing and scheduling the delivery of test results, compiling and certifying analytical reports, and addressing client inquiries by coordinating with the laboratory team. Additionally, the role involves providing technical advice on services, current regulations, and food safety standards, as well as performing other tasks as assigned.

Candidates should be recent graduates or final-year students in biology, food technology, chemistry, or related fields, with the ability to commit to a five-day workweek. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interns will receive a daily allowance and have access to comprehensive training programs covering laboratory operations and soft skills. There is also the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
