Azure Administrator
Eurofins is seeking an Azure Administrator to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves supporting both internal and external customers by creating and maintaining solutions on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring they meet performance expectations and security requirements. The position operates on a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office each week, with shift timings from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Key responsibilities include managing Azure application registrations and secrets, installing and configuring Azure Virtual Machines, and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline infrastructure. The role also involves configuring Microsoft IIS infrastructure, managing Microsoft PKI and certificates, scripting with PowerShell, and handling Active Directory and Azure AD in a hybrid environment. Additionally, the administrator will monitor and manage server performance, respond to service-related alarms, and coordinate across various functional areas with an emphasis on security compliance.
The ideal candidate should possess strong English written and verbal communication skills and be capable of presenting technical information to non-technical users. Flexibility to work beyond normal hours in a 24x7x365 environment is essential. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required to resolve complex system issues. A BA/BS degree with 2 years of experience, or an Associate degree with 3 or more years of experience, is preferred. Equivalent experience of 5 years in an enterprise IT environment with a focus on hybrid Azure-specific positions is also acceptable.
Additional preferences include experience with products like Terraform, antivirus and security tools, monitoring software such as SolarWinds, Nagios, QRadar, SNOW, and web application load balancers like Citrix NetScaler. Relevant certifications such as Azure Certifications, CompTIA Server+, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.
