The Aviation Operations Coordinator at Goodwin plays a pivotal role in streamlining the private charter flight booking process. Operating from our Columbus, Ohio office, this position is integral to our mission of enhancing efficiency for brokers and operators in the private aviation sector.
Key responsibilities include monitoring incoming flight requests, confirming aircraft availability, gathering detailed quotes, and ensuring seamless communication between brokers and operators. The coordinator is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators, negotiate pricing and terms, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the booking process.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-energy, customer-facing role, preferably within the aviation or travel industry. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Familiarity with aviation terminology and operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
