Automation Engineer (Marketing)
Fever is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer (CRM) to design, build, and maintain systems and automations that support the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to long-term retention. This role focuses on user lifecycle architecture, emphasizing data models, APIs, lifecycle triggers, segmentation logic, and event-driven architectures. The position is based in Madrid, Spain, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities include building scalable lifecycle flows across onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention phases; implementing advanced logic using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs for dynamic personalization; designing and maintaining data models for lifecycle segmentation; connecting CRM automations with internal APIs and real-time event streams; monitoring and improving automation performance; and supporting controlled experiments within lifecycle flows.
Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing within web or mobile product environments, advanced SQL skills, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Fluency in English is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with SSJS, APIs, AMPscript, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, tagging and analytics tools, version control tools, and ticketing systems.
