Maintaining good client relations, responding to client requests, coordinating internally and with clients, and assisting with handling claims and appeals are also key aspects of the role.

Candidates should possess a graduate degree in Textile Technology or Textile Manufacturing and have a minimum of five years of experience in the textile or related industry. Experience and knowledge of certification schemes, as well as auditing principles, practices, and techniques, are advantageous.
