Auditeur(trice) Qualité & Hygiène Alimentaire Senior - Inspecteur FSQS (H/F)

Eurofins, a global leader in analytical services, is seeking a Senior Quality and Food Hygiene Auditor - FSQS Inspector to join our team. This role involves conducting audits and inspections to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met across various clients in the food industry. The position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to consumer health and safety through meticulous quality assessments.

The primary responsibilities include performing hygiene audits, structural evaluations, and FSQS inspections in retail distribution settings. The auditor will also collect samples of food products, surfaces, and water for laboratory analysis. Daily tasks involve traveling to client sites within a 1.5-hour radius, conducting 3 to 10 audits per day, and ensuring compliance with established food safety protocols.

Candidates should possess a degree in food science, agro-food, or a related scientific field (Bac +2 to Bac +5). A minimum of six months' experience in large-scale retail (GMS) and two years of auditing practice in the agro-food sector are required. Essential qualities include dynamism, organization, motivation, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory.
