The Auditeur(trice) Qualité & Hygiène Alimentaire at Eurofins is a vital member of the quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene within client businesses in the Nice region. Day-to-day, the auditor is tasked with conducting meticulous on-site inspections and audits of food production and storage environments, ensuring compliance with current regulations and client-specific requirements. Duties include verifying the implementation of hygiene protocols, identifying non-conformities, proposing corrective actions, and drafting comprehensive audit reports. The role may also involve providing training to client staff on best practices in food safety and supporting them in achieving or maintaining relevant certifications.

Candidates for this role should possess at least a Bac+2 or Bac+3 in food science, biology, or a related field, and prior experience in food safety, quality assurance, or hygiene auditing is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to communicate findings clearly are essential. The position requires autonomy, organizational skills, and the flexibility to travel frequently within the assigned region. Proficiency in French is mandatory, and familiarity with relevant standards such as HACCP, IFS, or BRC is advantageous.
