Eurofins, a global leader in analytical testing services, is seeking an Auditeur(trice) Qualité & Hygiène Alimentaire (H/F) to join our team. This role involves conducting audits and sampling for various food industry professionals, contributing directly to consumer safety and health. The position offers a dynamic and varied daily routine, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include visiting multiple clients daily within a 1.5-hour radius of your residence, performing tasks such as surface, water, and food sampling, as well as hygiene and structural audits to assist clients in ensuring food safety. After fieldwork, samples are delivered to the nearest collection point for laboratory analysis. The role requires effective communication with clients and meticulous preparation for subsequent assignments.
Candidates should possess a scientific or agri-food background, demonstrating dynamism, organization, and motivation. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with clients. Experience in the food industry, particularly in quality services within large-scale distribution, is advantageous. The role demands autonomy, adaptability, and a proactive approach to managing diverse situations and potential challenges.
The position offers a full-time, permanent contract with an annualized 35-hour workweek. Compensation includes a base salary of €1,800 gross per month, supplemented by various allowances related to the role's travel requirements, such as meal and office allowances. Eurofins provides comprehensive training upon integration, including a four-day orientation to familiarize new hires with company culture, procedures, and internal tools. This is followed by a three-week mentorship with an experienced auditor.
