Audiovisual Assets Intern
As an Audiovisual Assets Intern at Fever, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing creative content across the company. Working closely with the Digital Asset Manager, you will help implement efficient workflows that enhance the productivity of teams such as Creative Marketing Strategy, Design, Growth, and Data. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the ingestion of audiovisual files and creative assets into digital asset management systems, applying metadata to uploaded content following established standards, and organizing folder structures to ensure consistency and searchability. Additionally, you will conduct quality checks on uploaded materials, support the execution of workflows for asset sharing and storage, and provide basic user support related to digital asset tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that assets are delivered and available on time.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Library Science, Information, or Audiovisual studies, or have equivalent education and experience. Knowledge of content management systems, metadata standards, digital rights, database management, and cloud-based storage platforms is essential. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent organizational and communication skills are also required. Comfort with digital tools and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly are important attributes for success in this role.
