AU Community Manager
The AU Community Manager at Canva is responsible for leading global strategic content planning for Social Studies/History/HASS within the World Class initiative. This role involves identifying curriculum gaps, designing learning sequences, and prioritizing resources across various grade levels to enhance Canva's educational offerings.
Key responsibilities include prompting, designing, and reviewing AI-generated educational materials to ensure they meet Canva's content standards. The manager will also brief and review new educational elements such as illustrations, photos, videos, and copy for topic relevance and curriculum alignment. Additionally, the role involves creating briefs for educational content creators and developing decision frameworks to guide content production workflows.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in creating engaging, curriculum-aligned resources for Social Studies and/or History. Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to craft effective prompts for generating high-quality educational materials at scale are essential. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a deep understanding of classroom needs are also required.
