Attorney: Property Casualty/1st Party Property | Fully Remote
Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, a rapidly growing personal injury law firm headquartered in Alabama with offices nationwide, is seeking a fully remote Attorney specializing in Property Casualty and 1st Party Property cases. The firm is renowned for handling complex cases and providing comprehensive support to its attorneys and staff, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with a strong background in property casualty law, eager to contribute to a dynamic and expanding practice.
In this role, the attorney will manage cases in both state and federal courts, supervise and mentor staff, oversee discovery processes, and take on depositions. Responsibilities also include drafting petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with minimal supervision, as well as preparing for trial. This position offers an opportunity for an entrepreneurial lawyer to gain insights into the business aspects of practicing law.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation. Essential qualifications include experience in managing cases across state and federal courts, supervising and mentoring staff, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting legal documents with minimal supervision. Admission to practice in the State of Texas is required, with a preference for attorneys based in Houston. Additional state admissions are advantageous but not mandatory.
The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, with the potential for higher earnings through a production-based compensation model.
