Attorney: Property Casualty/1st Party Property | Fully Remote

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated Attorney specializing in Property Casualty and 1st Party Property claims to join our dynamic legal team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized firm known for its commitment to client advocacy and excellence in litigation.

In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of property casualty and 1st party property claims, representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and providing strategic counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 3 years of experience in property casualty or insurance litigation is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in legal research are essential.
