Associate TPM
Fictiv, a leading provider of digital manufacturing solutions, is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join their team in Guangzhou, China. This role is integral to Fictiv's mission of delivering high-quality manufacturing services by bridging the gap between client requirements and manufacturing capabilities. The Associate TPM will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure seamless project execution.
In this position, the Associate TPM will coordinate with the costing and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) teams to transfer order requirements from the pre-sales phase. They will work alongside customer program managers to initiate projects and schedule them with manufacturing partners. Throughout the project lifecycle, the Associate TPM will monitor progress, address technical and quality issues, and ensure timely and quality delivery. Effective communication between global teams—including those in the U.S., China, India, and Mexico—and manufacturing partners in China is essential. Additionally, the role involves managing changes and supporting customer-facing and quality teams in handling customer complaints.
Candidates should possess a college degree in Mechanical Engineering, metal processing, Tooling Design & Manufacture, or a related engineering field. While fresh graduates are welcome, 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining, plastic tooling, or hardware manufacturing is advantageous. Proficiency in understanding 2D/3D drawings and basic Tolerance/GD&T symbols is required. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage delivery schedules under tight deadlines, are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary, and familiarity with problem-solving methodologies like PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) is beneficial. A PMP Certification is a plus.

Joining Fictiv provides an opportunity to be part of a team that is at the forefront of hardware manufacturing innovation, working with a global network to deliver exceptional products.
