Associate Solution Engineer - London

Neo4j is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to join their Sales Engineering team in London. This role involves working closely with customers across various industries to help them realize the value of Neo4j's graph database technology. The team focuses on providing engineering and architectural leadership for solutions built on Neo4j's platform.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team throughout the pre-sales process, delivering technical demonstrations, assisting in the design and development of prototype solutions, supporting solution architecture design, preparing technical proposals, and participating in technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, a solid understanding of database technologies and data modeling concepts, proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written and spoken English communication abilities. A basic understanding of the sales process and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently are also important.
