Associate Software Engineer (AI Platform)
Conga is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join their AI Platform team in Bulgaria. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation AI and GenAI products utilized by enterprises globally. As part of Conga, a leader in revenue lifecycle management, you'll be integral to building solutions that streamline quoting, automate contracts, and optimize document processes.
In this position, you'll engage in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining software. Your work will directly impact how customers configure deals, manage contracts, and drive revenue. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers, gaining exposure to modern AI development practices and contributing to the technical foundation of Conga's flagship solutions.
Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in Python and modern software design patterns, with familiarity in cloud technologies and DevOps principles. An interest in AI and GenAI is essential, as you'll participate in the AI development lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment. Experience with tools like Git/GitHub, JIRA, and testing frameworks such as PyTest or Selenium is advantageous.
