Associate Scientist Chemistry
Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing is seeking an Associate Scientist to join our Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Chemistry Team in Dungarvan. The Associate Scientist will perform routine and non-routine analyses with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include completing test records promptly, identifying opportunities for quality and service improvements, and participating in continuous improvement projects. The role also involves adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, participating in Root Cause Analysis, and preparing exception reports as needed.
Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of GMP experience, with a strong attention to detail and good knowledge of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and wet chemistry testing. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and possess strong documentation skills, along with a good understanding of GMP. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, professionalism, quality consciousness, and a willingness to learn are essential. Proactivity, flexibility, customer focus, and excellent communication skills are also important attributes for this role.
