Associate Principal Solution Architect
The Associate Principal Solution Architect at Conga is a remote position based in the United States, reporting to the Director of Professional Services. In this role, the Associate Principal Solution Architect is responsible for developing and delivering highly configurable and customized applications using Conga's products and platform. Key duties include leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementations, conducting assessments for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems, designing robust technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integrations with CRM and ERP systems. The position also involves developing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#, building and maintaining API integrations, and collaborating with sales teams to define solutions and scope.
Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in delivering business transformation to optimize revenue lifecycle processes. Experience in leading QTC implementations leveraging Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, (C#) is essential. Additional requirements include expertise in designing scalable and secure technical solutions, developing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#, building API integrations, and familiarity with version control using Git and Bitbucket. Knowledge of data architecture, compliance standards such as GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA, and experience with project management tools like Jira are also important.
