A strong academic record in undergraduate and graduate programs, with focused study in economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or another quantitative discipline, is essential. Graduate degree plus 3-10 years of experience, preferably in consulting, is desired. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of economic concepts and quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, and have experience in programming, model building, and regression analysis using languages such as Stata, R, Python, or SAS.
