Associate Manager – Pharmaceutical Data Management (Must Have Personnel Management Experience)

Eurofins is seeking an Associate Manager to lead a team of data analysts in supporting clients through data review, management, and visualization related to manufacturing processes. This role is integral to ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities include leading and training teams, developing data management tools, organizing resources to meet client objectives, capturing quality and productivity metrics, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. The role also involves staying current with scientific advancements and consulting knowledgeably with clients.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, biology, chemistry, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a GXP setting, preferably in data management. A minimum of three years in a leadership role is required. Strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Experience with SQL, Excel, and Power Automate is preferred.

The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $90,000 annually, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
