This position requires a proactive leader to investigate high-stakes claims, ensure precise financial execution, and drive automation to transition the team from reactive dispute handling to proactive prevention.
Key responsibilities include leading investigations to verify high-value payment claims against internal data, resolving disputes by aligning with Tech, Finance, Account Managers, and Partners, managing and mentoring a team of specialists to foster a culture of accuracy and ownership, driving optimization initiatives to automate manual workflows, and analyzing risks and data to align team priorities with stakeholder needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in data-driven operations, disputes, or specialized support, with at least 1 year in people management. Proficiency in Excel is required, along with the ability to validate data-heavy claims. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is exceptional English fluency to manage high-stakes discussions with internal and external stakeholders. A detail-oriented and hands-on approach, with the agility to navigate ambiguity and deliver speed with accuracy, is also necessary.
