The Associate Linux Support Engineer at Canonical will join a global team providing technical support for Ubuntu, the world’s most popular Linux operating system. The role often requires handling high-priority cases and delivering concise technical guidance to ensure customer success.

Applicants should have a strong technical background with experience in Linux systems administration, command-line proficiency, and troubleshooting skills. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, and common scripting languages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment are essential. Previous support or customer-facing experience is highly desirable.
