This position centers on programmatic media activations, ensuring effective execution and control of media investments. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to develop investment strategies, optimize campaign performance, manage resources, and drive scalable growth through strategic insights and disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of client media plans by translating briefs into channel-specific strategies with informed investment decisions. The role also involves leading or supporting campaign builds, trafficking, quality assurance, and pacing, ensuring adherence to best practices and client expectations. Additionally, the Associate Lead contributes to cross-channel insight development, post-campaign reporting, and presentation of results to clients, while collaborating with strategy, creative, trading, and media teams to ensure integrated campaign success.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 4 years of experience working on programmatic platforms such as Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Yahoo. Proficiency in media trafficking, platform management, and campaign setup, including tagging and pacing optimization, is essential. A deep understanding of relevant publishers, industry trends, and the future development of the media landscape is required. Strong relationship-building skills with operational and client teams, the ability to communicate technical details clearly and persuasively, and a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach are also important.
