The Associate HRBP at Monks leads the People Analytics and Employee Experience function, ensuring data-driven decision-making and impactful people initiatives across the organization. This role collaborates with leadership, HR business partners, and operations teams to translate people data into actionable insights, designing seamless employee journeys that enhance culture, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR dashboards covering attrition, engagement, hiring metrics, diversity, performance trends, and workforce planning. The Associate HRBP analyzes employee lifecycle data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention and engagement, partners with leadership to provide data-backed recommendations for strategic workforce decisions, and drives predictive analytics initiatives to anticipate talent gaps and organizational needs. Additionally, the role involves designing and improving the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience, leading employee listening initiatives, and driving programs that enhance employee well-being, recognition, and workplace flexibility.

The ideal candidate possesses 6–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Operations, or Employee Experience roles. Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization are essential. Experience running engagement surveys and translating insights into people programs, the ability to combine quantitative insights with qualitative employee feedback, and strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills are also required. Familiarity with HRMS systems and people analytics tools, along with a high empathy and employee-first mindset coupled with strong business acumen, are important qualifications.
