About This Role:

The Associate General Counsel, Litigation is part of the Legal team and reports to our General Counsel. As Associate General Counsel, Litigation, you will be responsible for helping lead and manage Binance.US litigation and disputes portfolio, including complex commercial, consumer, regulatory, and other litigation matters as appropriate.

You will serve as a key internal litigation leader, developing case strategy, coordinating matters across multiple external law firms, managing litigation budgets and performance, and ensuring that internal stakeholders receive practical, timely, and risk-adjusted legal advice. You will also manage and develop members of the Legal team and partner closely with Compliance, Finance, Product, Operations, Marketing, People, and other business functions to identify, mitigate, and resolve legal risk.

Core Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of litigation, arbitration, pre-litigation disputes, investigations, and other matters across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing matters from initial assessment through resolution.
