Associate General Counsel, Corporate

As Associate General Counsel, you will be a key legal partner helping OnePay scale its financial services platform and partnerships. You will play a critical role in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex commercial relationships that power our business, while helping shape the systems, practices, and team that enable us to grow responsibly.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of law, finance, and technology. It is well-suited for a strategic legal operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate intensity, ambiguity, and imperfect processes with steady judgment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead payments related transactions. Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial and strategic agreements, with a strong focus on payments and payment networks, including: (i) payment network and related...
